Mahakumbh 2025 preparations on full swing since past two years’- Prayagraj Fair Authority Chairman Vijay Vishwas Pant

Prayagraj| In the year 2025, Mahakumbh will be organized in the holy city of Prayagraj. Preparations for Mahakumbh are on full swing. Regarding this, Prayagraj Mandal Commissioner and Prayagraj Fair Authority Chairman Vijay Vishwas Pant said, “Mahakumbh is going to be organized in the year 2025. All preparations are being made as per the instructions of the Chief Minister. Preparations of Mahakumbh has been started since past 2 years, the roads are being widened, the facilities are being improved, hospitals are being strengthened. Heavy police force will be deployed, we have been preparing for their training, traffic arrangements etc. for the last one and a half years.”

He said that according to our assessment, about 2.5 million devotees will visit the city in Mahakumbh. Apart from this, this time a temporary tent city will be made which will have about 2 thousand rooms. He also informed that more than 10 thousand sanitation workers will be deployed and more than 25 thousand bins will be installed which will be monitored from time to time.

Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025 is a mega religious festival. Mahakumbh will begin from 13th January 2025 Let us tell you that Mahakumbh is organized once in 12 years. People from all over the world come to take bath during this ecent. Let us tell you that royal holy baths will be taken on 14 January 2025(Makar Sankranti), Mauni Amavasya (Mauni Amavasya), 3 February 2025(Basant Panchami), 12 February 2025(Maghi Purnima) and on 26 February 2025(Mahashivratri).
