If you want, you can prepare sprouts and eat cheela for breakfast. To make this dish, you will neither need fancy ingredients nor will you need to waste much time.
1. To make the sprout cheela, first of all you have to take out one cup sprouted grains, one cup gram flour, half cup finely chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves in a bowl.
2. Now add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt in this bowl.
3. After this, you have to add some water to this bowl, mix all these things well and prepare a thick paste.
4. Now add some oil in a pan and then spread this paste on the hot pan.
5. When the cheela turns golden on one side, you have to turn it and cook it on the other side too.
Now you can serve this cheela hot. You can too eat sprouts cheela with chutney or curd. Believe me, this cheela can prove to be a perfect option to make breakfast healthy.
