Sannata Raita Ingredients:
1 cup sour curd, half cup boondi, salt as per taste, half teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, half teaspoon mint powder, finely chopped coriander, half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon asafoetida, 2 teaspoons mustard oil
Know How to Make Sannata Raita Recipe:
Step 1: Put curd in a big vessel and beat it well until the worm textures arrive. Now add some ice cubes to the curd and beat it well once again.
Step 2: Now add half teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, half teaspoon mint powder and salt as per taste in the curd. Mix all these ingredients well in curd. Now add 1 cup of water and beat again.
Step 3: Add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil to a small earthen lamp. When the oil becomes hot, add half teaspoon cumin and half teaspoon asafoetida.When they become light golden, add tadka to the curd and then add raita to the lamp and then cover the vessel.Let him be like that for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Take out the lamp after the stipulated time.Now add boondi to raita and mix well. Add finely chopped coriander over Sannata Raita. It’ll give final touch to the dish.
