Digital Mahakumbh: Use of Google Navigation for the first time

Now Google also seems impressed by the grandeur and divinity of Mahakumbh. This is why for the first time, while changing its policy, Google has decided to integrate a temporary city (Mahakumbh fair area) for navigation.

An MoU has also been signed between Google and Mahakumbh fair Authority in this regard. Under this MoU, Google will prepare a special navigation for Mahakumbh, with the help of which devotees will be able to track all the places, Akharas and even the locations of saints and sages located here. This special navigation is likely to start in late November or early December. Not only India but the whole world is curious about Mahakumbh, the biggest event of Sanatan Aastha. Everyone is desperate to attend this great gathering.

In simple words, detailed information about the route taken to a place is called navigation or guidance in the language of computer or mobile. In olden times, people used to go towards their destination by asking for paper maps or people, but in modern times this work has become very easy through Google Navigation. It not only shows you a complete map of the location, but also gives you detailed information about when and where to turn.

Google generally provides navigation of cities around the world, but for the first time it has agreed to provide this facility for a temporary city. In this he will provide information about the major roads, religious places, ghats, Akharas and places of prominent saints.

Additional Fair Officer Vivek Chaturvedi said that people gather on a large scale all over the world, but till date Google has not given permission for navigation for any temporary program. This is the first time that considering the grandeur of Mahakumbh and the number of people gathering here, Google has changed its policy and integrated the Mahakumbh fair area in its navigation map.

With this agreement between Google and Mela Authority, more than 45 crore domestic and foreign devotees coming during Mahakumbh in Prayagraj will get the benefit of this technology and will be able to easily reach their destinations. Keeping in view the convenience of the devotees in this grand event, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has emphasized on the use of digital technology. This initiative of the fair authority is in accordance with their intention. Through this, the devotees coming here will not face any problem in reaching their destination. Through Google Map on their mobile, they will be able to get complete navigation of their destination and under its guidance they will be able to easily reach the target.
