Ingredients for Makhana Rabdi
Makhana – one cup, milk – half litre, dates – one cup ground, cardamom powder – 1 tsp, ghee – 1 tsp, mix dry fruits – 1 tbsp
Method to make Makhana Rabdi: How To Make Makhana Rabri:
Step 1: First turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 2 spoons of ghee in it and add 1 cup of makhanas.Fry the makhanas on low flame until they become crispy and golden brown.
Step 2: Now put the roasted makhana in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. Now place a deep pan on the gas and add half a liter of milk in it and let it boil on medium flame for some time.
Step 3: When the milk boils well, add the grinded Dardare Makhana and a cup of ground dates and cook them for 15 minutes. When the mixture starts thickening, add cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits in ghee.
Step 4: Now cook it on low flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring continuously. Your Makhana Rabdi is ready, serve it hot in a plate.
