Sawan Monday: Make this healthy Makhana barfi for Monday fast

Falahari prepared with this recipe will not only be rich in nutrients, but it’s going to taste great. Also by eating this, you will be able to follow the rules of fasting. Most people only take the rule of eating fruits during Monday fast of Sawan, in such a situation you also need to take care of your health. Especially if you’re working and work pressure is high in the office. In that case, you can make this makhana barfi at home and eat it. Not only it will taste amazing, but also has many health benefits.
Prepare like this-
1. For this, first of all put ghee in a pan and heat it lightly.
2. After this add makhanas in ghee and mix them well.
3. After roasting well, take the makhanas aside and add cashews to the same pan and fry.
4. Grind both things in a mixer to prepare a fine powder after they have cooled.
5. After this, put milk in the pan and heat it, also add half cup of brown sugar to it and prepare the remaining half cup of sugar powder.
6. After milk has boiled, add the prepared powder.
7. Next add coconut and cardamom powder to milk and stir periodically.
8. Makhana powder will absorb milk completely after a while. Then add the remaining brown sugar powder to it.
9. Prepare a soft doe while stirring everything well.
10. Now apply some ghee on a plate with the help of brush or hands and spread the prepared dough on it.
11. Garnish it with finely chopped pistachios and saffron.
