Paper Leak Case- Non-bailable warrant issued against 18 including MLA Bedi Ram and Vipul Dubey

Lucknow| Special Judge (Gangster Act) Pushkar Upadhyay has passed an order to issue non-bailable warrant against paper leak and recruitment scam mastermind SubhaSP MLA Bediram and Nishad Party MLA Vipul Dubey. In this suit, along with Bediram, 18 other co-accused have also been processed. Bediram is the MLA from Jakhaniya seat of Ghazipur and Vipul Dubey is the MLA from Gyanpur seat of Bhadohi. Along with this, Inspector Krishnanagar has been ordered by the court to ensure the presence of all the accused on 26 July.

The court rejected the application for waiver of attendance filed by accused MLAs Bediram, Deendayal, Shiv Bahadur Singh, Sanjay Srivastava and Awadhesh Singh and issued a non-bailable warrant. Along with this, non-bailable warrant was also issued against all the absent accused.
