Make delicious Bathua Raita with this recipe

These green leafy vegetables are not only tasty but also very beneficial for health. In such a situation, including them in the diet provides many health benefits. Bathua is one of these leafy vegetables, which people include in their diet in many ways.
Usually people make its saag or its pudi and paratha, but have you ever tried Bathua raita. If not, definitely try it this winter season. It is very tasty to eat. It is very easy to make and is also beneficial for health.
Material:
1. Bathua leaves – 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
2. Yogurt (yogurt) – 2 cups (dispersed)
3. Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
4. black salt – to taste
5. Plain salt – as per taste
6. Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped, optional)
7. Red pepper powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
8. Fresh cilantro – 1 tablespoon (cut, for garnish)
Method of making
1. Before making raita, first wash the Bathua leaves thoroughly to remove any kind of dirt or particles.
2. Then boil these leaves in some water until they become soft. After this filter and let them cool.
3. Now mash the boiled Bathua leaves with the help of a blender or masher.
4. After this, beat the curd in a bowl until it becomes smooth and creamy.
5. Then add roasted cumin powder, black salt, plain salt and mix well.
6. Mash the bathua leaves and mix in the curd mixture. Stir well to mix evenly.
7. If raita is very thick then do its texture as per your convenience with some water.
8. Now add finely chopped green chillies to it for some spiciness. Red chilli powder can also be sprinkled to enhance the taste.
9. Finally add fresh coriander and roasted cumin powder and garnish it.
10. Now cool it and serve it as a side dish with paratha, rice or any euphemism.
