Mahakumbh to be grand and divine, special attention of CM Yogi on cleanliness and safety arrangements
Prayagraj| Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is striving to make Mahakumbh 2025 grand and divine, will himself take stock of the ongoing preparations here on November 27. On this occasion, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate various projects worth more than 238 crore for Mahakumbh. These projects include various equipment to make Mahakumbh clean and safe as well as the unveiling of the newly constructed control room in the Municipal Corporation.
Apart from this, the Chief Minister will also benefit from various schemes including uniform kits for sanitation workers and sanitation workers and life jackets for seafarers. Before this, CM Yogi will also take stock of the ongoing development works in various religious places. The Yogi government is laying maximum emphasis on presenting Mahakumbh as a clean and safe Mahakumbh. For this reason, work is being done on various projects here, which will be flagged off by the CM himself.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will participate in various programs during his visit to Prayagraj. In this, first of all the CM will unveil the newly constructed control room for monitoring cleanliness projects in the Municipal Corporation office. Along with the control room, other projects and cleaning equipment will also be inaugurated by the CM. The cost of all these projects will be around Rs 14 crore.
Apart from this, CM Yogi will also unveil the sanitary equipment (tipper, compactor etc.) in the event to be organized in the Parade Fair area, which has a total cost of Rs 50.38 crore. Not only this, the CM will also unveil equipment for fire, water police, radio, traffic worth Rs 173 crore. In this way, CM Yogi will launch projects worth Rs 237.38 crore for security, Swachhagrahis and Ganga Seva messengers in Mahakumbh 2025. These devices will help in making Mahakumbh clean and safe.
On one hand, CM Yogi will unveil various projects to strengthen cleanliness and safety, while on the other hand, he will also benefit the Swachhagrahis and sanitation workers engaged in cleaning the Mahakumbh from various schemes. Under this, CM Yogi will provide uniform kits to about 20 thousand Swachhagrahis and Safai Mitras and life jackets to the sailors. Similarly, under Swachh Kumbh Kosh, more than 15 thousand personnel (10 thousand personnel, 3 thousand Navik and others) will also be connected with more than 5 schemes. Insurance certificates will also be distributed to the employees under these schemes. On this occasion, distinguished guests including CM Yogi will also take oath to envision Swachh Kumbh and Swachh Prayagraj.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also take stock of various development works in Prayagraj. Apart from the program organized at Allahabad University, he will also visit Nagavasuki Temple, while he will also inspect Dashashwamedh Ghat, Ganga River Front, dredging works being done in river Ganga and the works of pontoon bridges. In view of the Prime Minister’s program, he will also inspect the proposed venue at Sangam Nose, while will also transfer the MoU with Google. Under this agreement with Google, for the first time Google will include the temporary city being built for Mahakumbh in its navigation, so that the devotees coming here can reach the major religious places, ghats and Akharas in the fair area with the help of Google Map. Will play the role of navigation assistant.
