‘Daksh’ police to protect 45 crore devotees in Mahakumbh

To ensure the security and success of Mahakumbh-2025, Mahakumbh Fair Police, as per the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is conducting innovative experiments to make the police personnel on duty efficient through training and examination. In this sequence, special training sessions and examinations are being organized with the aim of testing the preparedness of police personnel and enabling them to face every challenge.
In the training sessions, in-depth information is being given on disaster management, traffic system, behavior with devotees and religious and spiritual aspects of Mahakumbh. The readiness of police personnel is being evaluated in the written examination conducted after the training, so as to ensure best standards of safety and service during the Mahakumbh.
At the same time, in the written examination, questions related to various dimensions mentioned during the training are being asked, in which questions related to disaster prevention, behavior of devotees and religious and spiritual aspects of Mahakumbh are being asked. To fully prepare the policemen who came to the Mahakumbh Fair for duty, their classes are being conducted and examinations are also being conducted to test the preparations.
According to SSP Mahakumbh Fair Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, mandatory training classes are being run for all the policemen coming for Mahakumbh fair duty, which is based on various dimensions like security, disaster and practical aspects. After this, according to the information given in the class, their examination is being conducted, in which questions related to identifying the disaster in the Mahakumbh fair, quick solution in case of disaster, information about the routes, spiritual and religious information of Mahakumbh and geographical conditions are being asked. Are.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Training Sandeep Verma said that the format of the question paper is multiple choice. 20 questions being asked in the question paper of number 100. The exam time is fixed at one hour. If they fail in the examination, there is a provision to give them training classes for three days again and take the examination. So that the policemen are completely ready to do duty in Mahakumbh.
Inspector Vinay Kumar Singh, who came from Kushinagar, said that by giving the examination after training, we have become well aware of Mahakumbh. Now the police is fully prepared for fair duty. Traffic Sub Inspector Sanjay Kumar Choubey said that after coming here, new information has been received about Mahakumbh, which will be helpful in duty. Female constable Svetlana Maurya said that the entire police force is being trained in such a way that when the real examination Mahakumbh starts, they pass with distinction numbers.
Director General of Police Prashant Kumar said, “All types of duties will be challenging for the policemen during the Mahakumbh”. For this, policemen are being prepared in every way through training and examination, so that they are ready to deal with any situation while being aware of their duty.
