CM Yogi’s instructions to officials, ‘Those who forcibly encroach on land should not be spared’

New Delhi| Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met around 300 people at Gorakhnath temple on Friday during his stay in Gorakhpur and listened to their problems. He bluntly instructed the officials that the land mafia who illegally encroach on someone’s land and the bullies who destroy the weak should not be spared under any circumstances. Strictest legal action should be ensured against them. The government has resolved that injustice will not be allowed to anyone.

During the Janata Darshan on Friday morning, the Chief Minister assured that each problem will be heard and solved. The Chief Minister directed the officials to take strict action on the complaints. He said that those with professional tendencies in land grabbing should be identified as land mafia and strictness should be taken. Take such action against those who encroach on the land of any poor person which becomes an example. Land disputes should be resolved promptly in such a way that the victim appears satisfied. While handing over the applications to the officials, he directed that every problem should be resolved quickly, quality and satisfactory.

On complaints related to disputes regarding family relationships, the Chief Minister told the officers that first of all there is a need to sit together and communicate with all the parties. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured the people who came to Janata Darshan with a request for financial help for the treatment of serious diseases that no one’s treatment will be allowed to stop due to financial constraints. He directed the administration to complete the treatment estimate process of the concerned patient and make it available to the government as soon as possible. As soon as the estimate is received, funds for treatment will be released.
