The plan of 45 plots recently brought in for the corporate office was also a smash hit. The Authority has received a benefit of 134 per cent higher than the bid price of these plots.

According to the Yamuna Authority, the plan for allotment of institutional plots was launched on 11 July. It covered a total of 45 plots of 1,000-1,000 m2 for corporate office. It had an e-auction on 17 September. In this, the reserve price for each plot was fixed at Rs 2.50 crore. Thus the total bid price for 45 plots was around 112.50 crore.

This will bring dynamism in the development of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

In this scheme, three plots of corporate office are bid at a rate about 12 times higher than the bid price. Yamuna Authority is also coming up with a plan for residential and industrial plots soon for the coming time. It is believed that the schemes will be launched during Navratri.
