1 cup roasted makhana, half cup yogurt, half cup pomegranate seeds, green coriander chopped, 1 pinch of cumin powder, pinch of black pepper, pinch of red chilli powder, rock salt
Recipe for Makhana and Curd Salad:
Step 1: To make Makhana, first roast the Makhana. When the pan becomes hot, add half a spoon of ghee in it and then add makhana and roast it well.
Step 2: Now take out the curd in a bowl and beat it well. Now add half cup pomegranate seeds, green coriander chopped, 1 pinch of cumin powder, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of red chilli powder, rock salt and then mix them well.
