Method of making tandoori aloo
1. To make Tandoori aloo, first cut the potatoes into medium shaped pieces.
2. Now add chopped potatoes, curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt, cumin powder, Kasuri fenugreek and lemon juice in a big bowl and mix well.
3. Keep in mind that all the potatoes should be covered well with spices. Then let the potatoes marinate for at least 30 minutes.
