Prime Minister Narendra Modi renamed Vande Metro as ‘Namo Bharat Rapid Rail’
New Delhi| Prime Minister Narendra Modi has renamed the country’s emerging metro rail service “Vande Metro” as ‘Namo Bharat Rapid Rail’. This announcement has been made with the aim of giving a new identity to the rapidly developing urban transport system in the country.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is participating in the fourth Global Renewable Energy Investors Meet and Expo (Re-Invest) in Gandhinagar’s Mahatma Mandir. Germany, Australia, Denmark and Norway are participating as the partner countries. Gujarat is the host state and the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh are participating as partner states.
