Parliament Session- PM Modi’s speech in Rajya Sabha, opposition’s walkout

New Delhi| Prime Minister Modi responded to the motion of thanks to the President’s address in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday। In a speech of 1 hour 50 minutes, the Prime Minister spoke on NEET, Manipur Constitution, Congress, West Bengal, Employment, Corruption, CBI-ED, Federalism, Emergency, Jammu and Kashmir and dalits.
When the Prime Minister had spoken for 32 minutes, the leaders of the opposition walked out of the House। The walkout took place after the Prime Minister targeted Sonia Gandhi। He said – ‘These people are such who are used to run the government on auto pilots and remote pilots. They don’t believe in working, they just know how to wait.’
On this, Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar said – These people are not showing their backs to me but to the Constitution. PM said – Yesterday all his actions failed, so he left the field and ran away. Slogans, yelling and running away, that’s their destiny.
1. PM Modi on paper leak
Paper leaks are grave problem. My wish was to keep all the pulses on it. But this issue also came up against these politicians. I assure the youth of the country that this government is not going to spare those who betray you. They should get strict punishment, that is why they are being taken one after the other. We have made a strict law for this.
2. PM on Manipur violence
Violent incidents are continuously decreasing in Manipur. Schools, colleges, offices and other institutions are running। Examinations have also been held in Manipur। Whatever elements are adding fuel to the fire of Manipur, a time will come when Manipur will reject them.
Those who know the history of Manipur know that there is a history of social conflict there. For the same reasons, President’s rule had to be imposed in Manipur 10 times. I want to tell the country in this House that similar incidents took place in Manipur in 1993, which lasted 5 years. By understanding this history we have to correct the situations.
3. PM On Congress
Many parties are sitting with him (Congress), they claim to be well-wishers of minorities. The party gives a clean chit to what happened at Muzaffarnagar Turkman Gate. Such people are trying to hide their dark deeds by holding a copy of the Constitution in their hands.
Now the parasitic era of Congress has started. Where we fought alone, there were zero. Wherever they came under someone’s guise, they flourished there. They have nothing to win the trust of the public. They mislead the public only with fake narratives and fake videos.
4. PM Modi on emergency
The Emergency was not a political crisis. Democracy was a humanitarian crisis alongside the Constitution. Many people died. Jai Prakash Narayan’s condition was such that he could never recover after coming from jail. Those were the days when some people who left home did not return. Even their bodies were not found.
They have the right to talk about 200-500 years. They get angry when we talk about emergency, they say it is an old thing. There are some people sitting with him who are victims of emergency. These are opportunistic people.
5. PM On corruption
They (Congress leaders) are taking out pictures with those who have been punished. When the corrupt are going to jail, they are creating ruckus. The opposition accused the central investigating agencies that the government is misusing them. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) should do corruption, AAP should do liquor scam, AAP should do scam in children’s work and if action is taken, Modi is blamed. Now AAP and Congress have become partners. The fight against corruption does not fight for elections, this is my mission.
