Offer Makhana Kheer to please Lord Shiva during Sawan, Know the recipe

During the Sawan fasting, it is considered that offering ‘Kheer’ to Lord Shiva results in obtaining bright fortune. Devotees tend to offer various types of kheer to please the almighty . Here we bring you an extremely easy but tantalizing ‘Makhana Kheer’ recipe to please lord Shiva.
1. To make Makhana Kheer, first of all add one big spoon of ghee in a pan and fry about two and a half cups of Makhana well.
2. Now grind half of these makhanas finely in the mixer. After this, add one big spoon of ghee in a pan and fry the 8 chopped cashews for about four minutes.
3. Now add the remaining half of the makhana in one liter of milk and boil it on low flame.
4. You have to boil the milk until it is three-fourth. Keep in mind that you have to keep stirring the milk continuously.
5. Now after the makhana becomes soft, you can add 6 spoons of sugar, saffron and half a small spoon of cardamom powder to this milk.
6. Mix everything well and cook for about 5 minutes and then turn off the gas.
Your makhana kheer is ready to be offered and served.
