Ingredients for making Keema Kachori
For Kachori
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery
2 tbsp ghee
Water (as required)
Oil (for frying)

For Keema:
500g minced meat
1 large onion (finely chopped)
2 green peppers (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (grated)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 cup yogurt
Coriander (finely chopped)
Oil (for frying)

Method of making Keema Kachori
1. First of all, add flour, salt, celery and ghee in a big vessel and mix well.
2. Now slowly add water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
3. After this, heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chili and ginger and fry until golden.
4. Now add minced meat to it and fry it well.
5. When the minced meat is roasted well, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and salt and mix well.
6. Now add curd to it and mix and cover and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
7. Then just add green coriander to it and mix.
8. Now make small balls of dough.
9. Round each ball with a rolling pin and fill the mince mixture in the middle.
10. Stick the edges well and make them round.
11. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachoris until they turn golden.
12. Serve hot minced shortbread with curd or chutney.

Special tips
1. If you want, you can also add semolina to Kachori.
2. You can also add other vegetables as per your choice.
3. Keep the oil temperature moderate to fry the kachoris.
4. Do not fry the kachoris for a long time, otherwise they will burn.
