Content
1. 1 cup yellow lentils(dal)
2. 250g pasta
3. 1 cup oil
4. Salt as per taste
5. 3 to 4 tomatoes
6. Green chili and chili sauce

Method of making
1. Making lentil pasta is easy. To make it, first boil yellow lentils and pasta separately. While boiling pasta, add half a teaspoon oil. While boiling the dal, add a few drops of turmeric, salt and oil.

2. After boiling both the things, take them out in separate bowls. Now you have to prepare the masala. In such a situation, chop onion finely. Also grind 3 to 4 tomatoes.

3. Now heat 1 ladle of oil on the gas and add a little cumin to it. As soon as the cumin seeds turn brown, add finely chopped onion to them. After the onion is cooked, add tomato paste and chili sauce in the pan. Also add salt and chilli. If you want, you can also add spices separately. But there is no need to add spices after chili sauce.

4. Now cook your paste well. After the paste is cooked, add 3 to 4 ladles into the pan. Cook the lentils with spices for 3 to 5 minutes and then add the pasta to the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now your lentil pasta is ready. You can eat it as a snack or vegetable.
