Lucknow: State Election Observers Workshop of BJP ‘Organization Festival-2024’ organized

Lucknow| Bharatiya Janata Party Sangathan Parv-2024 had a workshop of state election observers held in the capital Lucknow. Central Observer and National General Secretary Vinod Tawde participated on this occasion. He said that the youth should be brought into an important role in expanding the organization in the elections.

He said that the basis of expansion and ideological strength of the BJP organization has to be sincerely adopted in the elections of the organization, so that the future challenges can be faced. It should be our endeavor that the philosophy, principles and ideological foundation of BJP reaches the people. According to the Constitution of BJP, under the rules, the youth should be brought into an important role in expanding the organization in the elections with consensus.

Tawde said that the loyalty and commitment of a worker is most important during organizational elections. We are in power today and should remain in power in future also, hence the workers should be motivated and brought forward in accordance with the ideology of the party in the expansion of the organization. Every effort has to be made to give representation to all sections of the society as well as women. Along with the expansion of the organization, leadership has to be brought forward by analyzing the socio-political conditions of the region.

BJP state president Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that in the first phase of Sangathan Parv, we held workshops in the districts. After this, workshops were organized at the divisional level. After the successful conduct of the workshops, we are taking the organizational elections forward with momentum by holding organizational meetings at the booths. After today, the axis of the organization’s elections will be at the divisional and then at the district level. The Board is also the organizational basis of its work. Due to the activism of the division, the work gets done well at the district, booth and power center level. An action plan has been decided for the divisional level elections, about which you all will be told what and how to do it. If we all work together in accordance with the principles and rules of the party, then I am confident that the Mandal elections will also be completed successfully in the next 15 days. To ensure that the elections are held unopposed and uninterrupted, we have to sit together in team spirit and work on the basis of consensus.

State Election Officer Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey explained about the objective of the workshop that all booth committees will be formed by 5th December. To date, the election of 98,000 booth committees has been concluded. District Election Officer, Divisional Election Officer and Shakti Kendra Election Officer are working in all the organizational 98 districts. A 5-member appeal committee has been formed in the state and the names of the observers have been decided. Who have been assigned the task of 3 to 4 districts. So far, district workshops of 63 districts have been completed for the second phase of Sangathan Parv. Along with the workshops of the districts, divisional meetings are also starting. Till 10th December, District Election Officer and Co Election Officer are migrating for initial ideas etc. about the formation of the division. Organization elections for all 1,918 mandals will be conducted by 15 December. Thereafter, the election of all 98 organizational districts will be completed between 16 December and 30 December.

It was decided in the meeting that the formation of all booth committees should be completed by 5 December. In the meeting, all the election officers and co-election officers were given the target that after the formation of booth committees, the process of organizational election of divisional presidents should be started immediately. All divisional presidents should be selected by 15 December. At the same time, elections for all district heads will be held by 30 December.

BJP State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh said that all the prominent officials should migrate and try to give responsibility to every section of the organization by residing in the same district till the organization elections. It is because of the worker based organization that we have made 2 crore 60 lakh general membership in Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, 50 subscribing and 2 lakh 5 thousand 789 workers who deposited Rs 100 fee have become active members in Uttar Pradesh, which is a record. BJP will celebrate Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Nirvana Diwas as Samata Diwas at all booths on 6th December along with Sangathan Parv. On 25th December, the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee will be celebrated as Good Governance Day at all booths. At the same time, National Child Martyrdom Day will be celebrated at the district level on 26 December.
