Know how to use Amla, turmeric and Belpatra to control sugar

Diabetes is a lifestyle disease that if not controlled in time, our body can fall prey to many serious diseases. Approximately 1 million people die each year due to diabetes. People are facing the problem of blood sugar due to unhealthy lifestyle, stress and wrong eating habits. To control sugar, it is most important to take care of your diet, apart from this, you should also try some home remedies to control sugar. According to Baba Ramdev, to control diabetes, include Amla, turmeric and Belpatra in your diet.

Amla: Amla contains vitamin C, tannins and flavonoids that help improve energy levels and prevent fatigue. Due to the chromium present in it, it reduces sugar spikes, which helps in controlling carbohydrate metabolism and increasing insulin sensitivity in the body. Amla can be consumed in any form: in the form of fruits, juices, powders, candies, etc. Add 1 pinch of turmeric to 15 ml of amla juice and consume it first thing in the morning or mix equal amounts of amla and turmeric powder and take 1 teaspoon in the morning or night on an empty stomach.

Turmeric: According to Ayurveda, there is no herb or medicine equivalent to turmeric in the treatment of diabetes. It contains curcumin which helps to reduce inflammation, control blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity by reducing its resistance. It also helps in weight loss and cholesterol management.

Belpatra: Belpatra helps prevent polyuria, relieves inflammation and stimulates the pancreas to produce optimal insulin that keeps your sugar levels under control. It also helps maintain healthy cholesterol, digestion, heart and lung health.
