Ingredients for making Vegetable Lasagna
Lasagna Sheets-1 Packet
Carrots (grated) – 1 cup
Peas – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1
Onions (finely chopped) – 1
Garlic (finely chopped) – 2-3 cloves
Mushrooms (finely chopped) – 1 cup (optional)
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Dry oregano – 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Milk – 2 cups
Flour – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cheese (grated) – 1 cup

Method to make Vegetable Lasagna
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic in it until they turn golden.
2. Now add carrots, peas, capsicum and mushrooms and mix well.
3. Keep in mind, all these vegetables will have to be cooked until they become soft.
4. Then add salt, black pepper, red chili and oregano and mix.
5. Now melt butter in a separate pan and add flour to it and fry.
6. Slowly add milk and make a thick sauce.
7. Now add tomato puree, salt and black pepper to it and mix well.
8. After this, take a baking dish and spread some sauce in it.
9. Now spread Lasagna sheets one by one.
10. Add the vegetable mixture and sauce to each sheet.
11. Repeat in the same manner until all the sheets are finished.
12. Sprinkle plenty of mozzarella cheese on top.
13. Simply then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.

Special tips
1. Lasagna sheets do not need to be boiled, you can use them directly.
2. You can use any vegetables of your choice.
3. If you don’t have an oven, you can also make lasagna on a gas stove.
4. You can also add a little cheese to the sauce.
5. If you want, you can also garnish lasagna with fresh basil leaves.
