Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month will start from 12:02 pm on 5th September and Tritiya Tithi will be till around 3 pm on the next day. Keeping Udayatithi in mind, it would be appropriate to keep the fast of Hartalika Teej on 6th September. On this day puja will be performed both in the morning and evening. The auspicious time of puja in the morning will be from 6 am till 8:30 am. Along with this, you can worship Pradosh Kaal after sunrise in the evening. The auspicious time for evening worship is considered to be from 6:40 to 9 pm.

1. Wake up early in the morning and clean the place of worship after taking bath and meditation.
2. After this you should sit at the place of worship and take a pledge to fast.
3. First of all worship Lord Ganesha.
