Recipe to make Quinoa Upma:
Step 1 – To prepare quinoa simile, add 1 teaspoon oil in 1 pan and fry 2 teaspoons of peanuts. If peanuts are roasted, add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon gram dal and 1 teaspoon urad dal and fry.
Step 2 – Now add 6-7 curry leaves and 2 green chillies in oil, cut long. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped onion and fry. After a while add 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes. Now add vegetables you like like beans, carrots, peas.
Step 3 – Fry all the vegetables for about 1-2 minutes and then add 1 tsp ginger paste. Now add 2 teaspoons of water and cover and cook the vegetables.
Step 4 – Add salt to the vegetables and then add boiled quinoa to it. Top with finely chopped coriander, 1 spoon fresh coconut grated. Now simmer it for 2 minutes and serve with half lemon juice on top.
