CM Yogi held meeting regarding the by-elections on nine assembly seats

Lucknow| Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held an important meeting with the Deputy CM, ministers in-charge of the districts and officials of the BJP organization regarding the by-elections to be held on 9 assembly seats of the state. During this, extensive discussions were held regarding the by-elections and strategies were prepared. At the meeting, the Chief Minister also determined the responsibilities of ministers and office bearers to win the by-elections on all 9 seats.

During the meeting, emphasis was laid on further strengthening mutual coordination between ministers and officials. It was also decided that in the by-elections, no leader of the party should leave any stone unturned in discharging his responsibilities in his designated area. CM Yogi said that winning the by-elections will not only be an electoral success but will also be a victory of public trust, hence work should be done with full dedication and dedication to ensure victory on every seat.

CM Yogi instructed party leaders and workers to strongly handle election management up to the booth level. He said that every seat is important in the by-elections and for this, accurate management and monitoring at the booth level is necessary. The Chief Minister directed the leaders to remain active in their respective areas and go among the people at the grassroots level and set up Chaupals. In the meeting, the Chief Minister stressed that the problems of the people should be understood and solved through Chaupal so that people’s confidence in the party increases.

In the meeting, the Chief Minister also directed that the ministers and officials in charge should spend more time in the districts where by-elections are being held. He said that go to these areas and establish direct communication with the people, listen to their problems and ensure quick solutions. Election preparations should be further strengthened by creating coordination with local officials of the districts.

On this occasion, BJP state president Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary also took stock of the party’s preparations and encouraged all the workers. He said that the party has made full preparations for all 9 seats and under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP will contest the elections with full strength.

Bhupendra Chaudhary expressed confidence that the party will not only win the 9 declared seats, but soon the 10th seat will also be declared and that too will go to BJP’s account.

Let us tell you that out of the 10 seats for which by-elections are to be held, 5 were with SP and 5 with NDA alliance. BJP had 3 seats in its account. One was with RLD and one was with Nishad Party. Katehri, Karhal, Sisamau, Kundarki seats were won by SP in 2022. Milkipur seat of Ayodhya was also in SP’s account. On which the date has not come yet. Apart from this, by-elections are to be held on Phulpur, Majhwan, Ghaziabad Sadar, Khair, Meerapur seats.

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Cabinet Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Surya Pratap Shahi, many senior ministers of the state and ministers in-charge and BJP officials were also present in the meeting.
