Believe me, this spicy chutney can increase the taste of your food manifold. You will not need many fancy ingredients to make this chutney.
First Step– To make tomato-garlic chutney, first cut 6 tomatoes by washing them and then wiping them thoroughly.
Second step – After this you have to finely chop 8 garlic cloves and 2 green chillies also. Now add one spoon oil in the pan and let it heat on medium flame.
Third step – Fry one spoon of mustard seeds in hot oil and then add finely chopped garlic to it and cook for about a minute.
Fourth Step– After this, you have to put the tomato pieces in the pan and cook them until the tomatoes become soft.
Fifth Step– Now add one spoon red chilli powder and salt to this mixture. Cook the mixture for a minute or two and then turn off the gas.
Sixth step – Now you have to leave this mixture to cool. After this, put this mixture in a grinder and grind it well.
