UP: Meritorious students honored by UP CM Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow| Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath released an amount of Rs 1056 crore for 88 lakh children in the meritorious felicitation ceremony program held at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow on Saturday. This amount went directly into the parents’ account through DBT. Under this, every child was given Rs 1200.
On this occasion, CM honored the meritorious students and presented Rs 1 lakh each, tablets and gold medals to the students. He gave books to the children of class one and two and instructed the officials to order chocolates for them. He asked the children about their names, addresses and school. For the first time, books on NCERT based curriculum have been distributed in classes one and two.
