Ingredients for making potato wedges
Potatoes – 3-4
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper – as per taste
Paprika powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

Method of making potato wedges
1.To make potato wedges, first peel and wash the potatoes. Then cut it lengthwise and convert it into wedges.
2.Now mix salt, black pepper, paprika powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and lemon juice in a bowl.
3.After this, put potato wedges in a spice bowl and mix well so that all the wedges mix well with the spices.
4.Now heat oil in a pan or pan and then add potato wedges to it.
5.Fry the potato wedges until golden brown, tunneling occasionally so that all wedges are evenly fried.
6.Then take out the fried potato wedges on tissue paper, so that the extra oil comes out.
7.Finally serve these wedges on a plate. You can also serve them with green chutney.
