UP International Trade Show to lay special focus on energy sector
Lucknow| Yogi government, committed to making Uttar Pradesh a great state, is going to organize two major events in the month of September. Under the first event, Electronica India, Semicon India and Productonica India are going to be organized at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida between 11th and 13th September. In this, by showcasing the IT, electronics and technology sectors of Uttar Pradesh as the host state on a large scale, the attention of investors coming from all over the country and the world will be drawn to the sector favoring policies of the Yogi government. UP International Trade Show 2024 (UPITS) is also being organized between 25 and 29 September. In this, all the major sectors of the state will be showcased, but especially work is being done on an action plan to establish a wider presence in the energy sector of Uttar Pradesh. In this sequence, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) and Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) UPITS will operate the pavilion in 2024. Through this, information related to various dimensions including the energy scenario of Uttar Pradesh and especially the progress of the state in the areas of solar and clean energy, investment opportunities, implemented projects will be made available to big companies, buyers and investors coming from all over the world.
Yogi government is going to pave the way for empowerment of the state globally through UP International Trade Show 2024 (UPITS). Buyers from 72 countries of the world will take part in this global business Mahakumbh, which will not only increase the demand for Uttar Pradesh products in the global market but will also promote the brand UP globally. Also, this will create various types of investment opportunities in various sectors of the state which will pave the way for employment for the youth in future. In such a situation, information will be made available in UPITS 2024 about various projects including achievements of energy sector of Uttar Pradesh, investment opportunities. This work will be completed by UPPCL. At the same time, UPNEDA will also do the work of providing information about solar and clean energy programs, achievements, investment opportunities, sector favoring policy, incentive process and management and many projects including solar roof top, solar city operated in Uttar Pradesh.
The focus is on rapidly completing the preparations for the event, which is going to be held between 25 and 29 September, at the India Expo Centre, located in Knowledge Park Phase-2, Greater Noida. In this sequence, the pavilion is being constructed by UPPCL and UPNEDA at UPITS 2024. This pavilion along with visitors area will be set up as well as VVIP lounge to organize B2 B and B2 G meetings. In this, especially the area of 10 by 10 meters will be developed focusing on the energy sector of Uttar Pradesh. Modern LED system and LED wall will be used here for electronic display. At the same time, awareness will be increased through various mediums including banners, brochures. It is noteworthy that solar energy related equipment and model replica can also be showcased as per the need in the artistically designed and concatenated pavilion. At present, the process of agency determination and allocation to complete these works is going on.
