New Delhi| Ahead of the upcoming Union Budget, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Monday announced that the government has called an all-party meeting on January 30. He also appealed for cooperation from the opposition leaders for smooth discussion in the House during the upcoming session. The Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister shared this information during his visit to Prayagraj. He also took a holy bath in Mahakumbh.

I would like to appeal to the opposition leaders and other MPs to participate and discuss in the Parliament during the session. If the opposition allows Parliament to function, the discussion can easily take place He expressed hope that Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present a good and balanced budget. He said, ‘Everyone hopes that a good budget will be presented’. On 31 January, the President will address a joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament. The Union budget will be presented on 1 February.
