Lucknow| If you feel like eating some special breakfast on weekends, you can prepare curd kebabs and eat them. Everyone will like very crunchy and layered tasty curd kebabs. This healthy and tasty recipe will change your taste. Dahi kebabs are quite soft from inside. Usually they are spiced. Curd kebabs can be served with any green chutney. You can also serve it as snacks. Know how to make curd kebabs and what is this special recipe?
Ingredients for making curd kebabs:
Need about 3 cups thick curd i.e. hung curd. It needs 1 cup of cheese. 3 teaspoons finely chopped onion, 1 inch finely chopped ginger, 2 green chillies, some cashew nuts chopped, half teaspoon cumin powder, a little garam masala, a little pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander, 2 teaspoons gram flour roasted, 1 cup breadcrumbs and oil needed to fry.
Curd Kebab Recipe:
Step 1 – Tie the curd in a cotton cloth and hang it so that water comes out. If you want, you can also keep a heavy cloth on it. In this way normal curd will turn into hung curd.
Step 2 – Now put the curd in a bowl and add grated pani, onion, ginger, green chilli and cashew nuts. Now add cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper and salt.
Step 3 – Mix it and add green coriander and mix everything well with a whisker and beat it. Now add roasted gram flour to it and prepare a small ball like batter. You can give it any shape.
Step 4 – Now put the prepared balls in breadcrumbs and roll them so that they stick well. Freeze all the balls for 1 hour by making them slightly hard.
Step 5 – Heat oil in a pan and then deep fry the balls while adding them. Fry the curd kebabs from both sides and fry them until they turn golden. Now take them out on a tissue paper so that the oil comes out.
Step 6 – Delicious and absolutely crispy curd kebabs are ready. Serve them with sauce or green chutney. Curd kebabs are a good option for snacks.
