Material:

4 bread slices
1/4 cup schezwan sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup grated cheese

Method of making:
1. Cut the bread pieces into round shapes with a cutter or small bowl/glass.
2. Flatten the bread by rolling it with a rolling pin.
3. Place a small spoon schezwan chutney on each piece of bread and then place finely chopped vegetables.
4. Add grated cheese at the top of the mixture.
5. With the help of Momo/Gujiya/Dumpling Maker, fold the bread into the shape of half a moon.
6. Pre-heat the pan on medium flame.
7. Bake momos in this embroidery for 2-3 minutes each side, until they are golden brown.
