Stock market lost initial gains on the first trading day of the week, Sensex-Nifty fell higher
New Delhi| The stock market opened on the green mark on the first trading day of the week. However, soon the market also came on the red mark. Last week, the day started well for investors trapped in the tsunami of decline, but this happiness did not last long. Sensex rose 429.31 points to 73,627.41 in early trade. Similarly, Nifty increased by 130 points to reach 22,254.70 points. However, after some time there was a decline in Sensex and Nifty and it reached the red mark. Apart from this, the rupee rose by six paise to reach the level of $87.31 against the US dollar in early trade.
