Prepare this taste and health rich ‘Oats Appe’ quickly for breakfast

Material:
Oats – 1 cup
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – 1 cup
Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
Green peppers – 1-2, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece, finely chopped
Asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard grains – 1/2 teaspoon
curry leaves – 7-8 leaves
Salt – as per taste
oil – as required
Recipe- To make it, first take oats in a big bowl and add some water and make a solution. Now add baking soda to it. After this add dry coconut, dry fruits and green coriander and green chilies. Now mix it well. Now add curd to this mixture and mix well. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Now heat a non-stick appe pan on medium flame. Pour some oil on a hot pan and add batter. Cook the appe well from both sides and serve the hot appe with fresh coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
