‘Krishi Bharat Fair’ to be organized in Lucknow from November 15, innovations to get a boost

Lucknow| Preparations are also being made to organize ‘Krishi Bharat Fair’ in November on the lines of UP International Trade Show in the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Innovations in the agricultural sector of the state will be encouraged through this fair proposed in the capital Lucknow between 15th to 18th November. Like the International Trade Show, the event also includes the Netherlands as a partner country.
According to the information received from the department, according to the proposed plan, “Krishi Bharat Fair” will be organized in an area of 20,000 square meters. More than 200 exhibitors are likely to attend. Besides, more than one lakh Annadata farmers will also participate in this event. More than 10 symposia will be organized during the event, while more than 4000 people from agriculture based business will be involved.
Farmers from eight states will also get an opportunity to participate in it. Through this event, new innovations taking place in the agriculture sector will be encouraged and Annadata farmers will be provided a platform to join it. Separate stalls will be prepared to showcase these innovations. These will include Agriculture Tourism, Sustainability Zone, Farmer Wellness Zone and Young Farmers Zone.
The department official said that after climate change, there is a change in the field of agriculture. For this reason, agricultural experts will brainstorm from the point of view of UP. Many institutes and agricultural universities are also working here. In such a situation, this event will prove to be a big master stroke.
