Ingredients for making Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada
1. For chili vada:
2. Big Green Peppers – 12-15
3. Gram flour – 1 cup
4. Salt – as per taste
5. Water – as per requirement
6. Oil – for deep frying

For stuffing:
1. Potatoes – 250 grams (boiled, peeled and grated)
2. Salt – 2 tsp
3. Green peppers – 1-2 (finely chopped)
4. Coriander leaf – 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
5. Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon (rumped coarsely)
6. Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
7. Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
9. Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
10. Oil – 1 tsp

Method of making Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada
Prepare stuffing:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
3. Add green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala and fry a little.
4. Add grated potatoes, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
5. Then the stuffing is ready.

Prepare chili:
1. Wash the green chilies, cut them from the middle and remove the seeds.
2. Fill these chilies with the prepared filling.
3. Prepare gram flour solution:
4. Take gram flour in a bowl and add salt to it and mix well.
5. Prepare a thick solution by slowly adding water.
6. Take care that the solution is neither too thick nor too thin.

Fry chili vada:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Dip the filled chilies in gram flour solution and put them in hot oil.
3. Fry until golden, golden brown on both sides.
