Contents:

Flour – 2 cups
Yogurt- 3/4 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup ground
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Milk chocolate- 1 cup
Refined Vegetable Oil- 1/3 cup
Walnut- 1 cup
Baking soda-1 tsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Coffee powder – 4 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Whip cream- 4 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Hot water- 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream- 1 cup

Recipe

1. To make bakery style coffee cake, first take curd in a bowl.
2. Then add sugar and baking soda to it and mix well.
3. After this, keep this mixture aside to set well.
4. Then add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a big bowl and filter it through a filter and keep it aside.
5. Simultaneously, add 3 teaspoons of coffee powder and hot water and mix well and set aside.
6. Now add vanilla essence and coffee liquor to the curd mixture and mix.
7. After this add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.
8. Then add refined oil on top of it and mix once again.
9. After this, put this prepared batter in a cake tin and top it with walnuts and bake it.
10. Then add fresh cream, coffee powder, milk chocolate and butter in a pan and heat it.
11. After this, cool it and fill it in a squeeze bottle.
12. Then add coffee liquor to the whip cream for icing on the other side and beat it well.
13. After this, fill half the cream in a piping bag and keep the other half for icing.
14. Now shift the cake into a board and divide it into two separate parts.
15 .After this, apply cream on the base and spread it well.
16. Now place the second base on it, add cream and spread it smoothly. Garnish it with whip cream and walnuts and serve.
