Alia-Diljit’s song ‘Chal Kudiye’is a power-packed track for every woman to hear
Mumbai| Actress Alia Bhatt has shared the track ‘Chal Kudiye’ from her upcoming action thriller film ‘Jigra’. On Tuesday, Alia shared the first track of the film on Instagram, in which she and actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh are seen. Alia also wrote the caption along with the video, “Come on bitch”. ‘Jigra’ coming to theaters Oct. 11.” The song includes a theme of hope and strength for every woman who faces various difficulties in her life.
This power-packed track starts with Alia’s dialogue, which later fills the air with Diljit’s melodious voice which starts with ‘Chal Kudiye, Uth Kudiye’. In this song, Alia is wearing a black T-shirt, on which an iconic shot of the film ‘Ghar’ has been printed, which depicts the relationship between sister and brother. During this, Diljit was seen in full white clothes. A little later Alia joins the next part of the song in her melodious voice, which perfectly matches the energy of the song.
The video has a duration of 2 minutes and 58 seconds and is beautifully sung by Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh in their quiet voices and beautifully written by renowned poet and lyricist Harmanjit Singh. The song is available on Saregama Music’s YouTube channel. Alia Bhatt and Diljit have worked together for the second time through ‘Chal Kudiye’.
Earlier, she sang the song “Ik Kudi” in Abhishek Chaubey’s film “Udta Punjab” released in 2016. Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh were in lead roles in this film. Meanwhile, the teaser-trailer of Alia Bhatt’s film ‘Jigra’ has created a complete stir on social media, as fans are now waiting to see Alia’s magic on the big screen.
The upcoming action thriller film will be released on October 11, 2024, alongside Rajkummar Rao-Tripti Dimri starrer-‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’. Directed by director Vasan Bala, ‘Jigra’ also stars Vedang Raina, Manoj Pahwa, Rahul Raveendran and Rahul Nanda in important roles.
