Mahakumbh 2025: PM Modi to visit Prayagraj on 13th December
New Delhi| Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Prayagraj on December 13 to take stock of the preparations for Mahakumbh 2025 and inaugurate the projects. Before his arrival, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself will take stock of all the preparations on December 7.
In view of PM Modi’s visit, all departments have been instructed to beautify their offices and buildings. There are also plans to illuminate the buildings with fasad lighting. Apart from this, major intersections and roads will also be decorated like brides. Divisional Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant has instructed the officials to complete all necessary preparations on time. Besides, necessary instructions have also been provided to complete the projects which will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister before time.
Divisional Commissioner said that preparations for PM Modi’s visit are going on in full swing. These will be completed within the stipulated time limit. Before the arrival of the Prime Minister, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is also scheduled to visit on December 7. All work is being done as per the instructions of CM. CM himself will review all these works.
He said that during PM Modi’s visit, the entire city will be seen realizing the vision of clean and green Mahakumbh. According to the instructions given by the government, all the departments have been instructed to make their respective offices beautiful and get their trapped lighting and beautification done as much as possible. Work is going on in full swing in this direction also. Apart from this, major intersections, roads and parks will also be decorated.
Divisional Commissioner said that all departments and officials are working with full promptness regarding the PM’s visit. PWD is rapidly completing the renovation of all important roads. All junctions and road beautification work will be completed on time by Prayagraj Development Authority and PWD. Street lighting and thematic lighting work is being done by the Municipal Corporation. The work of laying all the power cables is also being completed rapidly by the Electricity Department. Apart from this, gates and installation work will be completed by C&DS. The work of the corridors is also being finalized and will be completed on time. Work is being done day and night to maintain cleanliness and sanctity on the ghats.
Before the PM’s visit, on December 7, CM Yogi will take stock of the preparations in Mahakumbh Nagar and Prayagraj and will also inaugurate the Khoya-Paya Center and the Public Accommodation established in Sector-1. As per the scheduled schedule, CM Yogi will hold an important meeting with the officials of the organization regarding PM Modi’s program at the Circuit House during his visit on 7th December. It is here that he will also participate in the review meeting of the works of Mahakumbh 2025. Apart from this, he will inspect Alopibagh Flyover and Alopibagh Road. Along with inaugurating the Khoya Paya Center in the Public Accommodation and Parade area established in Sector-1 of Prayagraj Mela area, he will also guide the police personnel in the police line. CM Yogi will inspect Arail Bandha Road, Triveni Pushp, Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant Naini and STP Naini as well as Shivalaya Park.
