Income Tax Bill: Lok Sabha Select Committee meeting to discuss Income Tax Bill on 6 and 7 March
New Delhi| The Select Committee of the Lok Sabha will meet on 6 and 7 March under the chairmanship of BJP MP Baijayant Panda to discuss the Income Tax Bill 2025.
On 6 March, the selection committee has called the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Ernst & Young (E&Y) for talks. The Committee shall take on record the oral opinions of the representatives of ICAI and EY.
On 7 March, the views of industry organizations Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will be heard on the new bill.
