Godrej Appliances partners with Ministry of Education for Smart India Hackathon 2024
New Delhi| Godrej & Boyce’s Appliances Business, a unit of Godrej Enterprises Group, has partnered with the Ministry of Education for the 7th edition of Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2024. Smart India Hackathon is a nationwide initiative that aims to harness the creativity and ingenuity of talented youth to solve real-world challenges. For the Smart India Hackathon this year, Godrej Appliances has chosen the theme Innovating for Sustainability: Driving Resource Conservation (Energy & Water) in Large Appliances (Air Constitutioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines and Desert Air Coolers). Students will work on this theme. This theme is designed for both software and hardware hackathons and encourages participants to develop innovative solutions that can enhance the durability and efficiency of these essential home appliances while moving forward with global goals of resource conservation and environmental responsibility.
