Get the taste of market- like Chinese food at home with this ‘Manchurian’ recipe

Lucknow| Manchurian is a Chinese dish which is extremely famous among Indians. People like its spicy taste. You can also make whatever you want at home exactly the Manchurian available in the market. It is easy to cook and you will need only a few ingredients. Let us know the recipe to make it.
Ingredients for making Manchurian
250g chopped cabbage flowers
250g chopped capsicum
200g chopped onion
100g chopped garlic
100g chopped ginger
200g soybeans
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon red chili sauce
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon Ajinomoto (optional)
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 cups water
Cooking oil for frying
Method of making Manchurian
1. Soak soybean in water and keep it aside. When it becomes soft, squeeze it out and drain the water. Now mix it well with corn flour, soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, chili flakes, sugar, and Ajinomoto (if using). Now make small balls and prepare them.
2. Cut cabbage flowers, capsicum, onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetables until they turn golden. Once fried, take out the vegetables in a separate plate.
4. Put some oil in the same pan and heat it. Now add soybean balls to it and fry until it turns golden.
5. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, chili flakes, sugar and Ajinomoto (if using) to the same skillet. Now add water to it and mix well.
6. Add fried vegetables and fried Manchurian balls to the sauce and mix well. Let it cook for a few minutes so that the vegetables and Manchurian sauce mix well.
7. Now your delicious Manchurian is ready. Serve it hot only. You can serve it with rice or noodles.
Keep these things in mind
1. If you want to make Manchurian more tangy you can add more chili flakes or red chili sauce to it.
2. If you want to make Manchurian sweeter you can add a little more sugar to it.
3. You can also add other vegetables such as carrots, peas, or cauliflower to Manchurian.
