Enthralling presidential debate between Trump-Kamala catches attention

New Delhi| Just eight weeks before the US presidential vote, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and his Democrat rival Kamala Harris were face to face in the presidential debate.  Harris spoke about her middle-class background and her plans to support families and small businesses if elected president. She said we have plans for American families who are concerned about the rising cost of living and money. I believe in the ambitions and dreams of the American people. During this, she also took Trump to task. Taking aim she said he would provide tax cuts to “billionaires and big corporations”. She also reminded in what condition Trump had left the economy when Joe Biden took power. She said Donald doesn’t have a plan for you.

At the same time, Trump also hit back at Kamala Harris. Trump slammed Kamala Harris on Biden’s record regarding immigration. To this Kamala Harris replied that you are going to tell the same old tired story, lies, a bunch of complaints. Harris said that while handing power to Biden, Donald Trump left us the worst unemployment since the historic recession. He left us the biggest health epidemic of a century. At the same time, we cleaned up the mess of Donald Trump.

During the debate, Trump was also seen making personal attacks on Kamala Harris. Trump said she is a Marxist. Her father was a Marxist. Harris was seen smiling at this. Former President Trump also complained about not getting enough credit for the work he did during Covid. He said that we fought an unprecedented battle with the pandemic.

This debate between the two lasted for about 90 minutes and was held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The debate is being mediated by news anchor David Muir. Republican Party’s Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance also attended the debate.
