‘Dreams are not the privilege of the rich’- Gautam Adani
New Delhi|Dreams are not the privilege of the rich, they are the reward of those who dare to believe and work tirelessly. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said this in his address at Adani International School in Ahmedabad. Speaking to students, parents and teachers, he said that the power of dreams, hard work and flexibility is of great importance in achieving success. Recalling his early days, he admitted to starting without any roadmap, resources or connections.
“But he had a dream to create something meaningful”, he said. “I dreamt of it every single day”, he said. And when I look back-I can say that dreams are not the privilege of the rich. They are the reward of those who dare to believe and work tirelessly” Regarding Adani Group, India’s fastest growing conglomerate, Adani Group said that the company’s success goes beyond building a business. “Whatever decision we took, whatever risk we took, it was motivated by a goal”, he said. How can we create something that serves as many people as possible? It’s about the courage to give wings to our dreams and the perseverance to fly higher and faster than anyone else”
Adani said, “Failures will come, and obstacles will test you, but remember this: failure is not the opposite of success, it is the most important companion of success”. The only difference between ordinary and extraordinary success is flexibility and the courage to rise after every fall”
Adani stressed the importance of inculcating strong values in children. He said, “Your children get more than just your property; they get your values. Equip them with resilience, empathy, and the ability to serve others. Encourage them to discover, to innovate, to dream. But also give them roots so they never forget the soil they came from” “Wherever they go in life, take the spirit of India with them”, he told the students Adani said, “Success is not just about personal achievements; It is about creating a better world for others.
