1. Potato chaat
Ingredients for making potato chaat:
Potatoes- 2 (boiled)
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Tomatoes – 1 (finely chopped)
Green sauce – 1 tsp
Tamarind sauce- 1-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Method to make Potato Chaat:
First of all, boil the potatoes and when they cool down, cut them into small pieces. Now add potato pieces, onion and tomato in a bowl. Now add green chutney, tamarind chutney, chaat masala and salt to it. Mix well and add sev on it and serve.
2. Potato Tikki
Ingredients for making potato tikki:
Potatoes- 2 (boiled)
Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
Green chili- 1-2
To garnish green coriander
Salt – as per taste
Bread Crumbs
Method of making potato tikki:
First of all boil the potatoes and peel them. Now mash it in a bowl and add roasted cumin, salt, green chilies and coriander to it. Now make small round tikkis from this mixture and coat them with bread crumbs. Now heat the pan and grease it with some oil. Now cook the tikkis until they turn golden on both sides. Serve it with hot ketchup.
3. Potato Chips
Ingredients for making potato chips:
Potatoes – 2
Red pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
For oil-frying
Method of making potato chips:
First of all, cut the potatoes into thin slices and now heat oil in a pan. Now fry the potato slices until they become crispy. Sprinkle salt and red chili on it and serve hot.
