Allocation of industrial and commercial plots to be done through mega e-auction in UP on 25th October

Lucknow| CM Yogi Adityanath’s government, which is trying to increase industrial and business activities in Uttar Pradesh, has taken a new initiative. According to the vision of CM Yogi, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPEDA) is soon going to materialize the mega e-auction process of 43 industrial and business plots. This existing process of UPEDA will pave the way for auction of various commercial plots of Bareilly, Jalaun, Barabanki, Prayagraj, Moradabad and Trans Ganga City Unnao.
These commercial plots can be used to conduct many types of business activities including warehouse, hotel, group housing, multiplex, petrol pump, hospital. Not only this, UPEDA will also pave the way for allotment of industrial plots in Amethi, Amroha, Banda and Hamirpur through mega e-auction.
The application process to participate in this mega e-auction has started from Friday. The reserve price of all the plots included in the mega e-auction is fixed and on this basis applicants will be able to bid crores to get these plots. The deadline for the submission of catalogue fees, processing fees and EMD under the procedure is fixed at 17 October. At the same time, the last date for submission of applications has been fixed as 18 October after completing all the procedures. It is proposed to organize a mega e-auction on 25th October, through which the plot allotment process will be completed. Separate details have been given for auction of commercial and industrial plots in different areas of total 11 districts of UP. A warehouse can be built on a plot of 16,800 m2 area in Bareilly. The reserve value of this plot is 4.51 crore. At the same time, a plot of 18,929.12 square meters has been marked as an industrial plot, with a reserve value of 9.71 crore. At the same time, a plot of 6,600 m2 in Orai, Jalaun can be used for hotel construction. The reserve price of this plot has been kept at Rs 3.19 crore.
Talking about Barabanki, two plots will be auctioned here under the Group Housing Scheme. The first plot is located at GH 1 Industrial Area, Kursi Road. It is a plot of 2,730.33 square meters, with a reserve price of 2.28 crore fixed. The second plot is located at GH 2 Industrial Area, Kursi Road. This is also a plot of 2,730.33 square meters, with a reserve price fixed at 2.28 crore.

2 plots will be allotted for hotel and 1 each for multiplex and hospital in Saraswati Hitech City in Prayagraj. The total area of these plots will be between 2,081.27 metres to 8,486 square metres and their reserve price has been fixed at between 8.75 and 17.84 crore. Whereas in Bhuragarh industrial area, the reserve price for auction of plots of 8,832 and 11,598.3 square meters has been kept at 1.25 and 1.69 crore.
A plot of 6,802.42 m2 in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh will be auctioned at a reserve price of Rs 7.44 crore to set up a petrol pump. 5 plots will be auctioned for industrial use in Amethi, Banda, Amroha, Hamirpur and Mainpuri. In the Kauhar industrial area of Amethi, its area will range from 406.27 to 419.81 meters and their reserve price has been kept from 15.23 lakh to 15.74 lakh. Similarly, different categories of industrial plots are also available for auction in Banda-Hamirpur, Mainpuri and Amroha.
A total of 10 plots, both commercial and industrial, are available for auction in Unnao. Most of these plots are located in Trans Ganga City Unnao. They can be used for schools, shopping centres, BPOs, clubs, women’s hostels, banquet halls, multipurpose halls, community centres, petrol and CNG stations and hospitals. Its area is located between 2,504.82 meters and 19,769.48 meters and the reserve price is fixed between 11.38 and 44.91 crore.
