Vrindavan bypass to give impetus to trade and industry

Agra| Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, infrastructure development is being taken forward rapidly in Uttar Pradesh. In view of the development-oriented efforts of the Yogi government, the central government is also not lagging behind in cooperating in development in UP. Construction of 16.75 km long bypass in Vrindavan, proposed under PM Gati Shakti initiative. This project will make it easier for devotees to visit Banke Bihari. Besides, trade and industries will also get a boost. The 81st meeting of the Network Planning Group (NPG) held in New Delhi reviewed the construction of the proposed Vrindavan bypass and the facilities for the devotees reaching Vrindavan from it.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is especially active in the development of religious and cultural heritage. Under his leadership, major religious places of the state are being renovated and developed rapidly. Due to the initiative taken by the Yogi government in this direction, not only the devotees are getting better facilities, but new opportunities for trade, tourism and employment are also being created in the areas around these places. Infrastructure is expanding at a rapid pace in the state. In the last seven years, the policies and development schemes of the Yogi government have strengthened Uttar Pradesh economically.

Every year lakhs of devotees from India and abroad reach Vrindavan to have darshan of Banke Bihari, but due to increase in the number of vehicles in recent years, the problem of traffic jam is increasing in Vrindavan. The construction of the proposed Vrindavan bypass will solve this problem. Due to this, it will be easier for the devotees to visit Banke Bihari and the travel time will also be reduced.

Vrindavan Bypass will further strengthen the connectivity of the region by connecting National Highway-44 with Yamuna Expressway. The travel time through this bypass, which was previously one and a half hours, will be just 15 minutes. Along with this, this project will reduce traffic pressure in Vrindavan, which will give impetus to tourism and industrial development.

The main objective of Vrindavan Bypass Project is to enhance connectivity and accelerate regional development. This will reduce transport challenges and also promote socio-economic development. The bypass is expected to increase the number of tourists, which will accelerate local trade.
