‘People associated with SP are involved in crimes’ says CM Yogi Adityanath in UP Assembly Session
Lucknow| CM Yogi targeted Samajwadi Party in Assembly session on Tuesday. He said that people associated with SP are involved in crimes. Without naming him, CM Yogi also mentioned the controversial statement of late SP leader Mulayam Singh, in which he said that there are boys, they make mistakes. Raising the question, CM Yogi said whose statement was this?
CM Yogi also took a dig at Akhilesh Yadav’s uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav. On Mata Prasad Pandey becoming the Leader of Opposition, CM Yogi said that you have betrayed your uncle (Shivpal). CM Yogi also said that maximum crimes against women were committed in the SP government. CM Yogi said that UP is at number 1 in the settlement of crime. Women are safe in UP today. There are separate women’s help desks in the police stations of UP. Recruitment of women policemen has happened rapidly in UP. The government is serious about the respect of women. The Anti Romeo Squad, formed to control ‘Shohdo’, is an example of the same.
CM Yogi said that I am sad that when we formed Anti Romeo Squad, Samajwadi Party was the first to oppose it. SP people are found directly or indirectly related in crimes related to women. They represent the generation that said ‘they were boys and made mistakes’. CM Yogi said that the state government is conscious about women’s safety. We are committed to providing security to every female.
