UP’s Paralympian, who won gold in high jump, met CM Yogi
Praveen Kumar, a high jump gold medalist at the Paris Paralympics 2024, met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida on Wednesday. On this occasion, the Chief Minister congratulated him on his victory and wished him all the best for the future. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that it is a matter of pride not only for Uttar Pradesh but for Indians living in every corner of the country that Praveen Kumar of Jewar has won the gold medal in high jump at the Paris Paralympics 2024.
Praveen Kumar, born in a rural background and farmer family, has increased the prestige of Jewar area in the whole world by touching the pinnacle of success with his hard work. CM Yogi also mentioned this meeting on his social media account. Praveen Kumar was accompanied by his coach Satpal Singh, father Amarpal Singh, mother Innocent Devi, Mukesh Singh Pradhan, Ankur Kumar and Sudhir Tyagi. Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasad, Finance Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government Suresh Khanna, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi were also present on the occasion.
