Prayagraj| To give divine form to Mahakumbh, religious and cultural symbols are being established in every corner of Kumbh city. The city’s roads, intersections and major walls of the city are being decorated. Prayagraj’s civil airport is also not untouched by this. The installation of the radiant 84 pillars here is part of this. Creation is the gradual development of life. According to mythological belief, it passes through 8.4 million species.

In the civil airport of Prayagraj, this same evolution of creation is being represented through 84 illuminated pillars. The Construction and Design Division of Jal Nigam is its executing agency. CNDS Project Manager Rohit Kumar Rana says that these pillars are being installed on both sides of the road outside the airport. With a budget of 21 crore 30 million, these specially illuminated pillars are being prepared. A first tranche of 10 crore has been released for this.

Its construction will be completed by November. These pillars will attract tourists and devotees coming from India and abroad. These 84 pillars will be installed in the road leading from the front of the airport terminal. The length of the pillar will be 6 meters and it is being made of special stone. According to the project manager, these 84 pillars, set in a straight line over a length of about 525 meters, will have a hint of 8.4 million species of organisms, which will form the essence of creation.

The distance from one column to another is kept at 12 meters. Thousands of names of Lord Shiva will also be written in every pillar. Special lighting has been arranged in these pillars at night so that they remain illuminated with equal brightness even in the dark. Flowering ornamental plants will also be planted near the pillar. A special bench will also be constructed to sit nearby.
